Vi har en jordbruksfastighet med 2 stallar som vi köpte för 2 år sedan av kommunen.  Betet räcker inte till för oss.  Granne är kommunen som har beteshagar runt vår fastighet.  Vi har under 2 års tid försökt att få köpa till mark utan framgång.  Vi h ar begärt att få nyttjanderätt till hagarna, vi har begärt att få arrendera hagarna. Nu har vi fått veta att kommunen har arrenderat ut hagarna till annan person som inte bor i området men är skriven där, äger personligen ingen häst samt har inget s tall.  Men har goda kontakter lite här och där! Hur ser lagen ut?  Har inte vi förtur som försöker driva stall, bor där, och är i synnerligen stort behov av kommunens betesmark? Historiskt sett, mer än 20 år, så har kommunen upplåtit hagarna till s tallet i fråga.
